    The hotel is lovely and in a great location, staff were very friendly.
    Lovely decor and nice and clean, good security.
    Or room little John was very cold and we were unable to get the heating up to temperature.

    We stayed in the Amazon room which was comfortable and compact with everything you need. Although there was a strange musty smell which was quite off putting- especially when re entering the room

    Amazing and made my partners birthday very special
    Loved our stay, we were upgraded, the room was beautiful and staff were friendly and very helpful. We even had free drinks for my partners birthday. I would definitely recommend and stay again
    If I was being picky, the breakfast was lovely but our poached eggs were not runny, still delicious though

    5 Star Hotel experience in every respect except price
    The Georgian Swansea: Annexe to Morgans Swansea - was an enriching 5 star Hotel experience for a regular hotel price. I was upgraded to the Diamond room : Four Poster Bed, fine bed linen, fluffy white towels, pod coffee machine, Molton Brown toiletries, Rain shower, efficient heating, High Quality fabrics & furnishings, iron, board, hairdryer, complimentary Welsh Spa Water, faultlessly clean, efficient friendly check in, given complimentary parking in Morgans secure car park (car visible from window), superb full cooked breakfast (in Morgans) - All staff friendly, courteous and respectful. I plan to return soon

    I cannot find any fault in The Georgian at Morgans - I can only make a couple of suggestions to maybe enhance the experience: a light on the dressing table, a shelf in the shower for the toiletries and maybe a rubber mat for the shower (its so new its a little bit slippy)

    Really special!
    The location was fab! Was a shame the bar downstairs was closed but we just popped across to the sister hotel. It was our 5th anniversary and the staff made sure it was extra special with some really nice treats and surprises! We had such a lush stay and didn't want to leave. It was quiet despite being on a busy road. The showers were so powerful and warm. The bed was so comfy and we both had the best nights sleep ever. Will definitely be back!
    Would have been good to have a towel robe and slippers! Also if I'm being picky there were a couple of marks on the wall that could have been repainted and the top of the shower heads had marks on them. However this didn't bother us and were hardly noticeable. Overall a really enjoyable stay!

    Great location.
    Location is central to shops, bars and marina. The Georgian styling in the bedrooms. Lovely spacious bathroom. The downstairs was a vast area of sofas and chairs to sit and relax in.
    Room was a little dark, hard to find the light switches. Bathroom smelt a little bit musty but not enough to be off putting.

    Pretty hotel, nice rooms.
    Lovely decor, very fancy, lovely room, very comfy warm bed.
    Hotel seemed very quiet, no staff presence was a bit unnerving, made the stay seem a bit like an empty house.There was a bar, but no staff to run it.
