Great stay at New Town View King Suite at Glasshouse Autograph Collection Edinburgh
Easily accessible by tram. Playhouse, Vue cinema next door. Plenty of eating places. Great interior decorations and temperature control. Great cleaning and maintenance services. Tasty breakfast and food at restaurant. Friendly staff at reception and everywhere.

Overall, this is one of the best hotels ive stayed at. The staff were so lovely and helpful.
The hotel was very beautiful and spotless. Very inviting.
The hotel was very big and I got lost when trying to go to the restaurant for dinner.

The location is great and the rooms are big. Really comfortable bed. Great bathroom and nice to have the bath.
The layout of the hotel isn't ideal. The rooms on the first floor smelled strongly of fried food from the restaurants below. It's a nice hotel but falls short on a few fronts.

Hotel looked lovely with Christmas decorations. Bed and pillows were very comfy! Lots of storage. Discounted parking at Q Park for pre-booking.
No plug near the mirror so drying hair and cant see. Bathroom was a wet room and shower didnt drain well so bathroom was totally wet under foot. Shower wasnt powerful.

Fantastic venue, location and staff. The price was high for room only.
We loved the location and the standard of the hotel. The staff couldnt do enough to make our trip memorable. This included giving us late check out. That was lovely gesture.
I didnt like that breakfast was not included in our stay considering the cost of our suite. We had to wait in the bar on arrival as our room wasnt ready at the normal check in time. We were provided with x2 drinks vouchers so they did make an effort to make it right. The suite I booked looked like it had a balcony. The reality was it had x2 small chairs on a very public path outside the windows of our room. Was no impressed having people walk past our room in such close proximity. Needed the curtains closed to get any privacy. Not good enough.
