    Room very noisy - plumbing noises and voices in adjacent room and corridor. No seat in bedroom only a stool - took several hours for a chair to be delivered to room.

    Slightly disappointed on the dog friendly front
    Always been a dream to stay at gleneagles!
    For a dog friendly hotel your dogs arent allowed many places and we ended up having to sit in reception all night just to ensure our dog wasnt missing out. For an added 100 I dont think this is acceptable and there should be facilities that allow you to have a drink with you dog that didnt involve sitting by a constantly opening door in the middle of winter with a 4 month old baby too. I would have liked to have been informed about the strict rules around dogs as in other dog friendly locations weve stayed at, wherever we go.. the dogs can go! (Spa excluded of course) Also we travelled with a 4 month old baby and the loud banging of a door/banging of pipes we could hear from our room woke the baby up 4 times, resulting in an extremely restless night for us and the baby. I investigated the noise and couldnt find out where it was coming from as there were no doors near our room to be causing such huge disturbance. Im really disappointed in our stay as I have always wanted to stay at Gleneagles however we saved our trip and used it as our first family night away.. unfortunately itll be one to remember for disappointing reasons.
