The foyer was sparkly clean and staff polite.

Rooms smelt really musty, the bed linen was damp. The toilet flush was hanging off of broken tiles and the toilet roll was not a fresh roll for new guests it was left over from the last user with less than half a roll. I had requested an extra pillow they said this will take half an hour, an hour later still no pillow. I requested to be moved to another room and after 3 calls this was eventually done although this room was a bit better it wasn't perfect but I was too tired to argue the point. I have stayed here on previous occasions and could not fault the place, this time it was just sheer disappointment all the way. Breakfast was just as bad muffins were like toast and waffles were like cardboard, could not cut through them . Tea was amazing though. Would I stay here again? With regret I will need to say definitely not

We have stayed at The Grand previously and so chose to stay there again as we had a good experience and it is close to the airport. Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was also nice and big. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, especially Sunil and Dhruv.. The selection at the dinner buffet was also good. They did a nice display for Halloween. The Gulab Jamun and Mud pudding were delicious The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location with easy access to the DLF and Ambience Malls, town center and the airport.

When we reached The Grand after a long journey from Jaipur there were so many youngsters in front of the hotel and in the reception area waiting to to go the club which we didn't expect. I think they should consider having a separate entrance and exit for the club so that it doesn't cause disturbance to the hotel clientele. We were also disappointed to find out the lovely Italian restaurant was closed and replaced by Playboy club!

The Hotel was amazing, i would stay here again, the Staff and Mr Luv was great and accommodating to me and my guests need, fantastic pool and spa was great too, breakfast and dinner was wonderful, only fault was the afternoon tea was a little pricey but other than that the place was great, Thanks Sebastian guest apartment suite room,

Bad room with bad view despite asking the concierge to give us a good view room. There were empty rooms but they didnt show us ones with good views probably coz we booked via booking.com. Saw the executive showing us rooms winking at housekeeper to lie and say room is occupied while that room was not taken. The ones they showed lagged in interior finishing. Also Windows leading to view were dirty! Spa was shut so couldnt use that
