The hotel location is perfect! 50 meters away from BCC, Friendly staff, Breakfast was good with a lot of choice and the female receptionist was so helpful with everything I would definitely stay here again!

all in all poor experience

Service and staff behaviour is very poor Electricity went off at 4 am in the morning and came at around 8 am and the staff was behaving as it is normal I WAS WITH 2 KIDS AND THEY DIDINT HELP ME OUT. AT CHECK OUT I ASK THEM FOR COMPENSATION AND THEY DENIED.
