Overall great hotel

Great location. Very close to largest seven eleven. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Cleaning service is great. Really comfortable bed. Great hotel.

The laundry, having a shop on the premises.

The clubs across the street are very noisy. The pool closes too early. The bed is comfortable but having 2 single beds creates a 'hole" in the space and becomes uncomfortable

It was ok.Rooms were ok. Near to Pattaya Beach.

The food options for Vegetarian were very limited. The kitchen only has a microwave. There was no provision to cook food.

Mangament was very rude. We couldnt check in till about half 4pm. Very bad wifi and some of the gym equipment were broken and dirty.

I would be likely to stay here again.

As with seemingly all Thai people, staff were very friendly and helpful. Extra amenities were helpful (on-site store and laundry) Bidet was much appreciated.

Site was fully wheelchair accessible apart from manual doors at entrances to buildings, but staff would always open doors if present when needed. Constant motorcycle noise day & night, but this is Thailand. Hard for person in wheelchair to get to the pool. Messaging via Booking.com app seemed to be totally ignored. Bathroom extremely cramped, had to walk into shower cubicle to get past bathroom door to use toilet.

I like it because is nearby many food shops and restaurants..easy to find taxi or apps car....near to Jomtien beach and walking street instead....I will say that I will come back again for sure.... Thanks for everything
