My stay at The Green Heights Cottage Kasauli

The property was very good. Clean and tidy plus spacious with homely atmosphere. The location was also really good. The property was surrounded by garden and beutiful trees of various fruits like plum and pear. The staff was very professional and helpful and the owner Mr. Subhash Chauhan was very cooperative and humble. Totally worth the money we paid. We'll visit this property again in the future for sure.

We were misinformed about its location. When we arrived at the property there was no one to meet us. It was only after several phone calls that a staffer was sent to meet us. He was courteous but clueless about our visit. Not his fault. What made it worse was the uncovered garbage lying at the entrance as well as at the rear end. Theres more of course. We left and found another place to stay in.

best place to stay with family

It was superb stay at the villa. Well furnished, super spaceious villa. My family love our stay on hill view apartments . We were 7 adults and 1 children. The apartment is same as shown in the photos

Big and spacious but still disappointing

The place is very big and spacious which is a positive. However please keep in mind that it is bang on the highway from Chandigarh to Simla, at dharampur, from where one starts the ascent to kasauli. We saw many other homestays and hotels nearer to kasauli, so it depends on personal preferences.

Advise to the owners is 1. Please install air conditioners. 2. Please realign the ceiling fans. 3. Please upgrade the washrooms. 4. Please provide basic provisions such as tea leaves, salt, sugar and spices. 5. Please provide utensil cleaning services may be at extra charges. 5. The kitchen, just like washrooms, can do better with better hygiene. 6. The place should be cleaned every day if one checks in for more than one night.
