The staff were lovely new years eve party was very enjoyable.

Our room was very noisy and drafty, upstairs was like a herd of elephants.. no net.curtains at window we were at carpark level so had to keep curtains closed as people were looking in...

Bad

Avoid at all costs...it is disgusting

Room smelt stale and dirty. I tried to open the windows to get some fresh air and the safety catches were broken. The carpet was dirty and I decided to check the mattress...it was absolutely disgusting, massive vomit/blood stains, I don't really know what they were but it was grim. On checking with the staff if they thought this was acceptable and whether I could change rooms, they told me it was the best room they had! I contacted Booking.com and had to move to another hotel as it was so grim. Even though I had fulfilled my commitment and arrived with the full intention of honouring my booking, I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 nights...shame on you booking.com. This room should not be on your books for people to reserve....I would give a rating of 0 if I could.
