    Front desk staff provided a Bad customer experience in an otherwise good setup
    Pocket friendly for a solo traveller, clean well maintained rooms, ample parking space.
    The attitude of the desk staff left a bad impression about this otherwise excellent place. I had checked in late, I was provided a bed on the upper rack of the bunk bed by the attendant. I requested if there was a bed available in the lower rack in any of the adjacent rooms, as I had been riding for 8 hours, to which he said that the lower rack was occupied in the adjacent rooms as well, which was a blatant lie. Upon entering the designated room I found that there was a drink session in progress in the balcony, so obviously it wasn't a no smoking room. There was a new attendant at the desk now, whose attitude was like you have to use the bed that has been provided to you irrespective of whether you'd be surrounded by drunkards or not. It's afterall a hostel isn't it? At this point, I had to raise my voice after which l got a lower rack bed in the adjacent room which was totally empty. This situation could have been handled in a better manner which would have made it a great experience.

    Good place for solo or family with personal vehichle
    Great place and value for money. Food is a little expensive but the quality is nice. Also the staff was nice.
    The only thing is electricity issues as there were frequent breaks in light and u have to bear that. They will turn the generator on only in the evening. So plan accordingly. Rest is good.
