Unforgettable Paradise
Everything about the resort was very nice and guest friendly. They have ample of pool space and long Beach where guest cab enjoy and have a good time.
Nothing noteworthy. I just loved the place.

Beautiful, timeless, and always leading with great service.
This is the be-all, end-all of Honolulu hotels. A gorgeous setting that's close to everything you want to do in the city, but feels a world away. Friendly and attentive staff are there to help you with any needs.
Pool menu could have had some more interesting healthy options, or even some Hawaiian cuisine. I'd rather have poke by the pool than nachos, but maybe that's just me!

Pool and spa is very dirty looks like I wasnt maintain or clean properly. Ive notice People using spa are not staying at the hotel . Because beach are public people are sneaking in which isnt fair for people staying at the hotel who pays $1,000 a night. Pool attend have to be more attentive.

The best employee is Robert
Who saved our stay is only one employee, your name is Robert from Vallet Park. Its because we was on honeymoon and ask for a king bed room, but nobody from frontdesk or concierge was sensible, just Robert help us and he is very friendly much more that all other superior employees

Wonderful staff, location and hotel
Beautiful grounds, private beach, clean, comfortable. The staff was amazing and the room was well stocked. The location was also perfectly located outside of the business of Waikiki. The dolphins were a lovely touch.

Quiet location away from the chaos of Waikiki.
$50 parking a day? I wish that was more clearly communicated by the booking.com website. That part felt a bit sneaky after amount paid for everything upfront.
