Superb

Best hotel in ubud

We could use the facility and gym at the other Latin resort. The staff was very friendly. The dance show at dinner.

It was very nice. A small gym would be nice.

Pretty hotel in the jungle with great staff

This hotel is very peaceful and the location on the river with the waterfall is pretty. The views from the pool across the canyon are also lovely. The staff are incredibly helpful and look after you very well. The rooms are spacious and clean

The location on the river is beautiful, but its a 10-15 min shuttle ride from Ubud itself and you cant really walk anywhere from the hotel.

Amazing breakfast. Super attentive, very accommodating staff. Loved the feeling of being surrounded by nature.

Insects get into the rooms. The curtains hanging over the bed fall very easily.

Its a pass for me! Very small and boutique hotel and doesnt feel like a resort at all. People were very good but

The hospitable staff was good. The waterfall outside the villa was good.

The villa was a bit claustrophobic and felt very dull. The location is such that sunlight doesnt come through very easily so it feels dark and dingy always. Also the waterfall was very nearby, the sound of the water 24:7 feels like it is raining always, not a very pleasant feeling. Also the villa is right at the bottom of the resort and almost 20 steps walk down and up. The resort is very small anyway.

Air con was warm despite being on lowest setting. When we raised with staff, we were told it was warm in the jungle. Food was not great and sunbeds had seen better days, worn and tattered

Everything was excellent. Location is near to Ubud and still you can have natural surroundings and waterfall, they also provide shuttle service to Ubud town. Resturant food is also really good and they were able to modify to suite to vegetarian diet.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff

Loved the Kayon resort. The staff were exceptional and made you feel like royalty. The property is stunning and all the little extras you get included are fantastic.

The only thing I can think of is my pillows werent very good

I really love its scenery. The hotel experience was simply amazing. The hotel provides useful shuttles to Ubud centre and has a great restaurant. We stayed here 9 years ago and now we've repeated again, the amazing was so excellent as before. I strongly recommend this hotel. Finally, I would like to thank the staff for the amazing service they provided. Congrats!

I wouldn't serve floating breakfast in the main pool. But everything was stunnly perfect, I cannot say anything wrong about this hotel.
