    Wonderful, authentic Bath b&b experience. Recommended!
    Well kept historical building in good repair. Lovely garden for sunny days, large windows with lovely views.
    There was a noise through most of the night in the second and third nights of our stay. Not sure it it was the water pipes or what but it was incessant. Happily, they provided earphones and a sleep mask as well as toiletries and a small vanity set. The noise was definitely a surprise as the first night we spent was really quiet and perfect.

    Unfortunately the chef rang in ill on the morning so there was no cooked breakfast Bad luck i guess

    The hotel is stunning. Its beautifully presented and clean with incredibly lovely staff.
    The shower was a little disappointing as it was more of a trikle than a shower. I have very short thin hair, and it took ages to wash out the soap. My daughters hair is long and thick, and she wasn't able to wash her hair as she knew it would have taken ages. Such a shame as the hotel is just beautiful.

    Room a bit chilly Water not hot enough in shower Shower room v tiny for deluxe room - barely fitted a single person. Basin in the room. Decor looking tired from a previous visit about 10 years ago
