The lake view and pool

My car stuck at entrance gate , as it is not well maintained, room not clean bad smell from bedsheet and some drug wastes in room I visted this place last year , but that time it was exceptionally good

Location and staff were amazing..

Service for food took very long.. Every order gor food took over an hour... Plus restaurant was slightly understaffed.. I think food timings also should be increased..

Poor view, poor pool Maintancec

Big room / location / clean /staff

We choose this hotel as we were under the impression it had a view of the lake and tea plantations and it had a pool and we wanted to relax. However this wasnt the case. We had a big pylon beside the hotel and no view from of either. The pool had no pool side furniture to relax on and no shade also the jacuzzi wasnt working and water was cloudy. Its meant to be an infinity pool but the water wasnt running and lots of tiles were missing. So very disappointing. The 3 things we choose this hotel for were not supplied.

Worst double bedroom 8k per night. See the attached photos, full of mold fungus. At first no proper response after some arguments another room was given. No near by food reasturant, they will provide only dinner buffet for 550 per head. After traveling long how can we eat food items in buffet literally waste of money.

nothing special, we even didnt got some tissue, when we asked for some they gave us few from an opened package. not worth the money we paid

everything except the location where the resort is located. No tissue, no mat, no enough water and when we ask for some they do refill it and we have to idea from where they are refilling it as it tasted odd. Reception gave us a call and said that we can access the breakfast service but once we reached there they said that we have to pay for it. Then we had to argue about it. Internet stopped working at night, even TV signals were gone. Not at all good for staycation and its overpriced.
