A delightful impromptu visit to the hotel resulted in a festive and charming (Read More) experience with fantastic staff. The Queen Charlotte afternoon tea for a birthday was magical with elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and exquisite food. The Library Bar provided lovely champagne cocktails, but some minor issues with table location and plastic flowers were noted. Overall, a friendly and accommodating atmosphere for enjoyable visits.
