Five star experience and friendly staff.

The staff are wonderful in this hotel, from the doormen to reception staff, in the club lounge and at breakfast. Cosy, modern, very clean and well maintained rooms. Sufficient water in the room every day, as well as free tea/coffee. The laundry service is very good! The fitness room is very well equipped and the breakfast is superb in every aspect : variation, chefs preparing local dishes such as dosa, ... Five star club lounge with good wine & tapas, warmly recommended.

Nothing, really. Perhaps the pastries at breakfast, they're not as tasteful & fresh as in Europe but then if there's so much delicious fruit, Indian cuisine, so much to discover, why would you go for that?

This is my fourth stay at the hotel and it's practically nothing I would say I likedthis time.

1. Inspite of reaching at 2pm, still we got our room at 4pm. What is the point of prior intimation if the rooms cannot be ready on time. 2. The help desk will never pick your call. 3. The cocktail hours at the club lounge had the same menu as that during tea hours. The menu was all stale and bland.

Panoramic suite was just awesome. Breakfast was also very good. Anubha and priyanshi both the staff was very cooperative.
