Location was good.

The rug in the elevator and hallways was old. In the room too, there was debris and stains on the carpet. Didnt feel very clean. The internet kept going in and out which was annoying. And the toilet was broken. They fixed that but it was still not a great look for the price.

Good location across from beach

This hotel is very dated. To pay $633 per night including taxes felt absurd. I am well traveled and follow reviews and was mislead related to this hotel. This has the feeling of what you expect for $250 per night in Miami

Ok except damage deposit of $400 charged is still not refunded

I was charged $400 for a security deposit, $100 for each night paid in advance, rather than them just putting a hold on my accoint and I have so far not received any of the refund owed me. Its like me lending Local House money free of charge. assuming they do eventually refund my money but so far I have gotten nothing of it back! Also bathroom shower leaked onto floor. Otherwise room was fine.

Fabulous staff- everyone is so welcoming. Its human, warm and welcoming with great food and its seriously good value. My new go to place to stay in Miami

Great experience

Lovely decor and largest bedroom I have ever had in Miami. I like the Rituals products too. The staff were all excellent in the main parts of the hotel.

The housekeeping staff left my room door open one of the mornings, luckily no thefts!
