Almost perfect hotel if only the breakfast was good.

The hotel was amazing, clean, good location, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was really disappointing and the food was bad. I would rather go to the other breakfast shops nearby eventho my stay includes breakfast everyday.

Comfortable but pricey

Location was good, its a small boutique style hotel under the Marriott umbrella with updated amenities, modern decor, and comfortable rooms. Responses were immediate to our requests for extra bedding and towels. Park staff at the front of the hotel were competent and courteous.

A couple of the check-in staff gave off condescending vibes (check-out at 10 am was great). Breakfast was acceptable but for the price choices could be improved (esp the fruit section - this is Borneo, it should be fantastic).

Fabulous stay at a fabulous hotel!

1) Aesthetically beautiful with exquisite attention to details, from the furnishings to the room decor. 2) Awesome family room, huge shower with good water pressure. 3) Surrounded by 24hrs mini marts, restaurants, cafe etc. Walking distance to great eateries & Imago shopping mall 4) Warm, friendly staffs 5) Great coffee at the hotel lobby 6) Really comfortable bed. Everyone slept like babies

1) Housekeeping was not up to par to the high standards from the hotel. Towels were removed but not replaced. Coffee tea not replenished. Dirty plates not replaced 2) Thin walls so expect noises from traffic 3) I know it distracts from the design aspect but clothes hangers in the shower & toilet area would be greatly appreciated!

It was a good experience for us that it became a part of our wonderful memories as a couple!

I like the location is a walking distance from Imago. There are also many eateries and cafes around the hotel which is quite easy for us to find food. Not to forget, there a couple of 24/7 marts nearby which is important last minute buy and late night snacking!

This is more personal for me. The bath tub size is quite small for two pax. That's all from me

Room was good enough. Just the breakfast and lift were bad

The breakfast was suck. Limited choice of foods and the taste was bad. Definitely not worth for the price. The dining area was small and hot. Cannot feel the air-conditioning.
