A grand place to chill and relax.

Very grand and close to popular attractions. Wonderful ambience for the English High Tea. Awesome breakfast buffet spread.

Did not see much local food shops around the area. Nearest mall is a shuttle bus away and the last trip is at 5pm. If we going to the mall for dinner, we have to go earlier and take a cab or grab back to the hotel after that.

Very good

Great service, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Was surprised that the hotel charges guests for parking overnight. Junior suite also smaller than when we had stayed here previously and didn't have a dining area as advertised.

this place is just ..out of this world..elegance, class, prestige, hospitality blended into one. the best value for money I have ever experienced in my long traveling career. id travel to KL, just to stay in this beautiful hotel. i cannot overstate the excellence this hotel represents.

I wish the weather was sunnier during our stay, everything else was simply perfect.

A true gem in the city!

Comfortable and very spacious Deluxe King Room. Private bathroom features were excellent! Complete range of buffet breakfast spread for all to enjoy. Will come back for sure!
