Disappointed in the service and quality of the hotel. If you want to rip of the name and prestige of a hotel namely Mari

The staff at the front desk were helpful. The rooms were large and sufficient depending on the side of the building you were on.

The pool area has very limited shade and seating. Hotel guests were not permitted to go to the pool on New Years Eve unless they paid an additional 2000 baht. This was not mentioned when booking. The bar staff at the pool area were rude and missed ingredients in cocktails. The glass around the outside of the pool needed cleaning. You could not see anything through it. Which defeats the purpose of an infinity pool. The rooms are dated and the drains constantly back up, our shower floor was hollow and you could hear the water underneath it when walking. The beds are unbelievably hard, you can have a pillow top put on but this does little to help. Traffic noise and hallway noise was a significant issue. This is partly because of noisy guests but also a lack of sound proofing. The restaurant does not have bacon in the the buffet and is very limited on options, the chef will rudely refuse to serve bacon unless you pay for a set price for the set menu. Even with the set breakfast menu the amount of bacon you get is minimal. You will pay for 2pieces of bacon at an outrageous price. Room service menu is limited and wrong orders delivered to the room.

The rooftop pool was very good

Our room smelt of sewerage and we changed rooms but it seems it is a problem there some rooms smell less than others would not recommend to my friends and a long way from beach and eating places couldnt use the gym as the smell of mold from the air conditioning was a health hazard

Got a non ac working corner room had to be asked to switch. I checked in at 7pm should have been checked before but I guess it turned out better for me as I got a bigger room

Clean room, pool is nice. Motorbike rental across from hotel.

Checkout they made us wait to check the room. Four star hotel - no need to do this. Patong beach is a seedier area.
