Room (132) and bed were really comfortable, lovely bar area
Noisy room, 1st floor road side you do get quite a bit of street noise so not the best sleep. But otherwise lovely room and very comfortable

Rooms are nice but inconsistent.
Weve stayed here a few times now and sometimes you get a great room and other times very average, all for the same money. Staff in the bar area are often hard to find.

It was not the staffs problem but elevators were out for half of our 4 day stay. We had handicapped person with us. Staff was great about helping her into staff elevators when available.

Amazing.
The perfect location. The bar was buzzing with an incredible bartender who made the most amazing cocktails. Our room was silent which was unexpected in central London. The mixed reviews are not warranted, I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there next time Im in London.
