Comfortable stay close to attractions

Friendly and helpful staff! Exceptionally clean room and bathroom! Roof top had great views. Windows opened for fresh air. Close to the Needle, amory, museums, monorail, restaurants and more. However, my 11 yo joked the elevator was the slowest on the planet. But it became a running joke during our stay and was easy to cope. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Just a note: the beds are supportive and VERY firm (back sleeper approved) and the sheets are textured (think striped pattern- nice but different).

okay place to spend one night but not more than that

Stay was okay. Booked this stay last minute because my husband and my brother did not expect to spend the night in Seattle. I didnt receive the dental kits on my late night arrival, they were out of it which is fine but we had no warning, no one called or told us, 15 minutes after we arrived to our room I headed down and thats when they told me, by then CVS was basically closed.

There are two elevators available to get to the floors and I must warn you there are incredibly slow. Even when you get inside depending on what floor you stop the elevator re-sets and you have to press all floors again. I advice leaving your room at least 15 to 20 minutes before heading out just for the elevators. Most comments said location was great, its nice. About a 12/15 minute walk to the space needle but it is not a nice or scenic view so dont expect much.

Our stay was awesome! We even got to watch the New Year fireworks from the roof. It was super clean, and staff was really nice and one of them was particularly funny and good humored. The hotel is right in the middle of life, we walked everywhere. I will be staying here again for sure.

My only complaint was with the elevators. For being only 6 floors the elevators were so incredibly slow. One/both of them seemed to want to go down before going up. Other than this my stay was fantastic !

THE Place to Stay in Seattle

I love this place! Great location, friendly staff, reasonably priced parking, rooftop area with amazing view, comfy beds, affordable room pricing, Starbucks on site! It's definitely our new go-to place when we stay in Seattle.

The room was a tad small, so the bed was against the wall. I like to have space on both sides so I don't have to crawl over my spouse to get in/out of bed.

A comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood, close and convenient to all Seattle has to offer.

The location was great, close to the Seattle Center, with many restaurants nearby. The view from the rooftop was beautiful, seeing the waterfront and the Space Needle. The room was comfortable, with a mini-fridge and microwave. Bathroom was well-appointed, with nice towels and toiletries. Lobby was pleasant with coffee and water available 24/7.

Additional cost for parking, but understandable due to its location near the Climate Pledge Arena.

We were on the 4th floor and we could hear the ventilation system (from the rooftop?) all night, unfortunately it was way too loud for us, so not a great sleep. Otherwise everything was fine.
