    Great lo
    Great location, near station, near shops and restaurants, near to music venues. Polite staff, late bar and decent pints. All good. Car Parking available if you needed it.

    We had a comfortable first floor twin room facing Cheapside. Slept well and had a good breakfast each morning. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel interior is beautiful. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back.
    Very slow toaster, but I'm being picky.

    The hotel was beautiful as always
    The room we had was not that clean the toilet was blocked .The room needs a deep clean and freshen up . The bed was very uncomfortable. If I ever booked again it will be in a standard room I won't pay more for less

    The overall feel of the hotel...felt brilliantly old fashioned. The entrance from the car park showing the old links between the railway station and the hotel. The bar and entrance area are fantastic. Great staff. Brilliant value for 55
    Would have liked the bar to have stayed open a little later on a Friday night. Rooms a little cold, although a small supplementary heater was supplied.
