Beautiful property, really friendly and personable staff. We were celebrating our honeymoon and arrived late due to the storms and delays. They gave us some chocolates and handwritten card, lovely personal touches. Also had a room upgrade to a suite!!
For the price, breakfast included would have been good.

Truly memorable!!
Super unique and pretty hotel in a great area for restaurants and shopping. Its right next to the British museum so the location is truly fab. Also the staff was sooo nice and accommodating. They even offered to take our laundry out to a third party dry cleaner because we missed the window the hotel had for the day.
Lastly - incredible food at leopard lounge bar & they had live jazz music when we went too!

Perfect hotel in central London
The hotel is just perfect. The staff is not only kind, but truly authentic. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent tea, sweets on the first night for our three girls (cake pops) and fruit for us. The location is also ideal and the hotel is very quiet, which is crucial for a city break to have somewhere calm to come back to. We had afternoon tea the day we left and they had a gluten-free version for my husband. Really a relaxing and lovely place that is a welcome retreat from the city centre which is just steps away.

Total pleasure to stay yet again at The Montague Gardens.
The staff take this hotel to another level. Everyone of the staff were helpful and good humoured. Standard rooms are smaller than most but very well decorated.
