Disappointing

I loved the history of the hotel and the lobby was beautiful, but the room was tiny and expensive.

I liked the cleaning ladies. They were nice and got me an extra pillow

The room was so tiny for two people. No closet space. The hallways were old and the carpet was old. We paid to much for our room. For that price we should have had a bigger, better room.

Felt conned into a timeshare conversation that was no relevance to me. Was told afterwards that it wasn't part of hotel but it was a desk right next to reception. Thought it was part of the concierge and felt ripped off.

Amazing view & great value!

Location: in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, this hotel is literally the across the street from MSG (I was attending a Rangers game) and Penn Station. Also, one block away from one of the best pizza in town (Suprema) & walking distance of all Midtown areas if you havent seen them already; Staff: one guy wanted to charged me for something that broke and wasnt or fault BUT all the remaining staff was really kind, helpful & amazingly polite and in the end they helped us and understood. So thanks to the security guy that was very down to Earth & the managing staff; Price: when we were there, room was really cheap for the things we were getting in return especially sleeping in Manhattan with that location and view; View: WOW! Totally worth it. View on Chrysler Building & Empire State building on the 38th floor. What a view! Thanks to the staff at check-in for that amazing room. Overall, an amazing value!
