Bed is very comfortable. Size of the room was not too small. Great location to get to downtown (walks/public transportation/grocery stores). Staff was very friendly at the reception. Easy access for uber
No phones in the room! They forgot to make my bed one day ... And trash bags in the corridor from other rooms

    Short but sweet stay
It was one stop on the metro to Victoria, free parking on site which was the biggest initial attraction as all others I looked at charged a hefty daily car park fee. Easy ride into the city and also old Trafford which was our main reason for our visit
Wasnt too much restaurant wise in the surrounding area, apart from well k own chains on the industrial shopping estate. Wasnt a problem for us though, we were hoping for an Indian to eat at when we arrived but ended up at Nandos.

    Pleasant
Nice enough and adequate, but disappointing for price paid plus parking.
I had an accessible room, and the facilities in this regard were good. Plenty of space and the bathroom was equipped with what I needed to bathe etc. however due to layout, those who need to side mount the loo would have difficulty.
The lack of a kettle/drink facilities in the room made it really hard to relax and be comfy. I was exhausted after my journey and in a lot of pain. Having to go up and down to use the coffee and tea downstairs wasn't great. Also couldn't do this in PJs. The tea area was also roped off. So had to ask if I was ok to use this. Didn't feel like a welcoming way of running this. Though the guy on the desk that evening was very friendly and made it known I was allowed to go through. Though I was booked in an accessible room and had messaged in advance about help with bags, I asked on arrival about a luggage trolley, which I was pointed to but no assistance given. For most visitors this would be an inconvenience, for me, this caused a lot of pain. Some disability training for staff would be good. Just because I'm not a wheelchair user doesn't mean I don't need help. In the morning doing the load out, staff just watched me and commented that they'd never seen the luggae trolley before. Again no offer of help. The room also didn't have plugs in places you'd need them. No power near the mirror for example. And the air con was blasting but never got warm despite claiming it was set to 24c. Was a nice room, but with the facilities as they were, it's essentially just another budget hotel. And that didn't feel like a match to the price I paid plus a parking charge.

Great hotel. Clean and well looked after.
The hotel was clean and fresh. Located close to tram stop.
Not particularly hotels fault but one of the nights some of the guests were extremely noisy with loud music, slamming doors/ widows, & running up and down corridors until the early hours. Didnt get a great deal of sleep.

Two single duvets on a double bed slightly strange but still comfortable and good nights sleep
