Overall the boutique hotel is charming and cozy and I would stay there again.

Room was clean, plenty of hot water and the heat worked well. They offer a complimentary reception service every evening of wine and cheese. The front desk staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay again.

I prefer to be within a closer walking distance to metro rail line and the location is slightly off the tourist shopping path, a bit out of the way.

When I arrived at 10 pm, I was surprised to get a room that was not ready. After going back to the reception and waiting 20 more minutes, they finally gave me a room. To make up for the disturbance and after apologizing, they gave me a good discount on my whole stay.

Best Place in DC if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and charming atmosphere

This is my go-to in DC. The staff is amazing to the point where Rihanna (sp) helped me track down my iPhone that I left in a Uber. She didnt give up until I got it back. They also upgrade your room whenever possible
