    Clean, tidy, homely and warm. Christina was fantastic and an amazing staff member who was happy to help with anything.
    Was all fantastic. Only one staff member was abit moody. Man with glasses. Apart from that everything and everyone was brilliant

    Brilliant stay in the most amazing hotel
    Room was superb, bed was huge and fabulous decor! Food was superb for evening food and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is brilliant, will definitely stay again.

    BEWARE before Booking!
    Not Applicable to this establishment; nothing is good about this property.
    BEWARE: pictures on site are not representative of inn. Dirty, dingy, and very under kept. DO NOT STAY during colder months. Rooms are extremely drafty, headboards against drafty windows, and zero heat control! Radiator was on for almost 2 hrs and no heat. Staff and especially the Owners did not care and not accommodating with concerns!

    A nice place to stay for convenience.
    The position of the property was perfect. So convenient for everything in Bourton. Beautiful old, character property.
    The staff were not friendly and in fact hardly saw them. The breakfast team were pleasant.
