    Lovely stay in a great location, wonderful breakfast and super staff!
    Great location, lovely staff. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was nice and beautifully decorated.
    Our bedroom was a bit hot (bedding was too heavy) and I felt the door security for our apartment was not adequate as it gave directly onto the street.

    Lovely stay we will be back next year!
    We had an entire annex to ourselves with lots of complimentary items.
    I think a double bed would be better in the top floor there is ample space and we would be able to bring our parents then. The breakfast was acceptable. The mushrooms and toast were cold, the bacon was to hard to eat and the hash browns were too oily. Also smooth orange juice would be preferable.

    Probably needed a dedicated person to assist people staying during the busy Christmas market period
    Property was lovely and location great. Rooms great and beautifully decorated.
    There was no customer service. No reception and every time we needed something, we had to queue at the bar with customers. They were not very informative. Left ours bags on the check out day. came to collect them, queens at busy bar to be told there were under the stairs. They werent, queued again at bar to be told they were at bottom of stairs. 20 minutes later bags in a room being stored. We were sitting having a drink at 10.20pm on the Saturday night, to be told the area we were sitting in was closing and to take our drinks to our room to finish

    Amazing service, great amenities and would definitely visit again
    Loved the atmosphere and the staff were great.. over and above what would be expected, great little extras available and more or less everything you would expect to find and more
    No mirrors in the bedrooms and the mattress is probably due to be replaced in the single room.
