    Not too bad but Agra has better (and newer) options closer to the Taj Mahal
    We were travelling with children and was provided with two interconnected rooms which was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The manager and staff is very courteous and helpful.
    The property is quite old and it shows when you enter the lobby. It does need some renovation. An easy problem to solve will be to fix the wifi connectivity which isnt good at all.

    Good hotel, could use some upkeep and maintenance.
    The staff were really nice and the rooms were decent although a bit old.
    The wifi was really bad. It kept disconnecting constantly. While the staff helped by giving a router in my room, the wifi generally didnt work well. This can be quite frustrating when trying to plan the day time activities, booking Ubers etc

    Super Sad. For the amount they charged I could have stayed in Radisson
    Location
    Maintenance of the hotel has gone down the drain literally. The whole of 3rd Floor was Stinking of sewer. Rooms were also not kept well. Condition of the bathroom was pathetic. Service was slow.

    renovated, clean and drinkers-friendly hotel in Agra
    The location is good, close to shops/restaurants and not in the chaos of the city. The structure is new and clean, the room is spacious and nice. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace where you can have drinks and smoke. They produce their own beers, I loved the mango-flavored one. The stuff was very kind and available for every request, with special reference to Deepali, Zeba and Bushra. I won't hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

    hotel is at good location, but small things make them best.
    room was good
    amenities like no press board for ironing of cloths. no hand towel. no toiletries , no hair dryer?? they are serving Dinner in the room. no buffet Dinner. I took paid dinner plan and surprised to know you cannot take two non veg items. even breakfast menu was very selective

    We had a room for a night at checking receptionist could not even bother to smile. After checking in we left the property because we had a train. Once we tried to get back they told they sold the room. How can you sell a room thats paid and taken by someone? So ridiculous!!!! Would never recommend or return back.
