Had an enjoyable stay, at the heart of bangalore.

Location is very good. Staff in all departments were very courteous and helpful

There was no key scan security in the lift. During 31st security were only asking if the people entering the lobby were guests, nothing else. This was a risk for all staying in hotel.

Nothing much

Delayed check in. Almost 4 and half hours delayed. Gave a low grade room saying that they have upgraded in the beginning n when we asked for better room they gave the actually booked rooms. Pathetic service. I will never stay again.

Worst experience, happy to give zero stars if I can . Advice to fellow guests , watch out your bill

Location and absolutely nothing else

Everything . Rooms cleanliness was filthy, all kinds of dust was sitting on chairs , Very rude reception , absolutely zero value to customer. Towels in the room were stinks. On top everything they were trying to charge for the paid internet fee , which I never used. I have to argue and prove it to them that I never used to paid internet
