Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, in very central location just around the corner from Times Square!

Good central location but obviously very very busy surrounding on New Years Eve! Nice touch with happy hour every day providing free glass of wine!

Hot water took a while to come through but fine once it did

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Also the room was very clean. With new york being busy and overwhelming the pearl was nice and comfortable to come back to.

Great hotel for a short stay in NYC.

Location cant be better for a trip to NYC. Rooms big and comfortable.

No bar and very limited food options.

This was a good place to stay for our first visit to NYC. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel was in the perfect location for the things we wanted to do in NYC. It was within walking distance of time square, rockefeller center, theatres and parks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
