Staff is very helpful, room is very comfortable with great view.

Gym very good even if on the busy side.
We were refused entry to the breakfast area (outside on the riverside) because we were in sleeveless tops, when we pointed out that women were allowed in wearing even less, we were told to complain to management which we did.
The answer we got is that it is to prevent men with excessive body hair from entering in vests... Shocking answer really.
When we pointed out that one we are not and two it's quite outrageous we were encouraged to complain. Bizarre

Great riverside location with a very convenient hotel ferry taxi service to hop across the river. Amazing spa - had to go twice. Delicious breakfast served at the riverside cafe. One of the best spots along the river.
Hard and not very comfortable bed.
Dirty bath towel discovered hanging in our bathroom after showering on the first day.
