    Hostile, dank, dingy
    Location is convenient
    Management are hostile and live on site. Rooms are dated, dingy and dirty. Black mould pervaded my room. Rooms are not equipped with some basic amenities like a kettle or a wardrobe for example. Rooms are incredibly noisy from both external and internal sources. Breakfast is the same limited monotonous selection of unhealthy items on a daily basis. The lift does not service the ground floor, and air conditioning cannot be controlled in the room.

    Good safe clean convenient place.
    Convenient , central location. Staff were always helpful. Good clean and friendly place to stay. Was easy to find as they directed the taxi folk. - and location is accurate on maps - which some aren't

    Clean, Accessible (quit near to a good restaurant), Friendly staff.
    Weirdness of the lift, it doesnt come on ground floor when you call it from the ground floor, someone has to send the lift to ground floor
