    When I checked in had to reject 3 rooms. 1) smelling of smoke 2) mould issue 3) wrong room level.. had booked superior room. Wifi issues all the time. Uses and antiquated code system, that kicks you out as soon as you stop using. Also the key cards are antiquated as stop working if come anywhere near phone . The above needs rectification, as constantly frustrating Gym is too small.

    Exceptional customer service. On my 1st day in India. I went to many ATM, only got through cash twice. However, my US bank emailed me to state I had 5 transactions. I had to contact my bank ASAP. But I could not make international collect call to reach them. I asked the hotel Duty Manager Mr. Suryakant Pandey to help. He kindly used his personal phone to call my bank directly and hold it for more than half a hour to wait for a representative to be available. Finally, I was able to talk to the bank representative. The problem was verified and solved! Very happy with the rarely found excellent customer service from Mr. Suryakant Pandey. His kind help was highly appreciated.

    But for the AC issue it was good
    Room Was Cosy and the Hotel was clean
    I switched off the AC in the night. Am not sure if there was a leakage or it was just the AC moisture, the entire floor in the morning when I got up was wet. I had to call the cleaner at 6am to dry up the room.
