    Staff was super friendly. Location is nice and the hotel property is spacious with adequate parking. It is also at prime location considering how close the kund and the gurdwara are. Nalanda Ruins is also not very far.
    The quality of the rooms is lacking considering the amount of money we paid for them. Food in the restaurant is a little overpriced.

    Basic hotel for budget conscious travellers.
    The property is near the Nalanda University site so ideally located for us. Property is tired and needs some refreshing. Staff were helpful.
    Waited for breakfast until after 8am when a limited and basic offering was bought out late. Requested 2 single beds as per their bed option choices and this was not provided despite hotel not being full and them being aware of the request.

    Good location.and cordial staff
    I liked the location and the staff . The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The place tough old was clean and cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay .
    We had reserved a double large bed but were given twin beds which made it very uncomfortable for us as the child also had to share the twin bed with us. . The breakfast was good but the food is not for pure vegetarians . If you are a vegetarian then I would recommend you to look for another staying option .

    My expectations were not only met but exceeded.
    Breakfast was as per the standards and Mr Nair went out of his way to meet every requests made including when ordered room service. Mr Kailsh the Manager was very prompt, efficient & professional and he even provided BBC & CNN Channels as well as Wi-Fi in the room when it became erratic. His leadership qualities in grooming his staff are commendable . His staff like Mr Sanjeev & Santos in the front office and reception are following in his footsteps. Overall all the staff are very courteous, polite and very prompt.

    Its a beautiful unpretentious and well maintained space. The restaurant serves tasty food. Quiet location and close to the Japanese temple, Brahmakund, Pandu pokhar. Great service by the staff.
