We had a best New Years Eve ever. The staff is helpful and polite. Three restaurants provide excellent food.
The views from the property are amazing. Private beach, beautiful garden, warm pool. Close to The Walk and to Marina. Rooms spacious with a nice view. Unforgettable breakfast!
The hotel did not provide us with bonvoy points as we booked through booking.com instead of booking directly with them, also there were no changes possible as we did not book directly with them. My first room had a sea view, but unfortunately hotel Five is under construction so the noise was hard to stand.

The stuff, the foods- restaurants, the location and area was amazing! Honestly that was my best New Years Eve ever! The dinner gala was absolutely amazing! Jackson - who came every day to check our minibar, he is so cute! He surprised me and my mom, got cheese and fruits plate and champagne!
We got every day little surprise in our room, flowers, chocolate cake, etc etc... im amazed!!
Everybody who works there, so nice, friendly and helpful!!!
Im fully satisfied, and if i will have opportunity to go back, i'll come!

The room was large enough, furnished with all the necessary things. The room was cleaned 2-3 times a day!! The room is equipped with a smart system (curtains, light), a speaker with a wireless notebook and an alarm clock. There were a lot of compliments from the hotel, which further brightened up our vacation. The area is very beautiful, despite the fact that the hotel was overbooked, there were few people everywhere. A wide clean plagbeach, a sufficient number of sun beds, There is a guard on the beach who does not allow anyone to enter the territory. The hotel itself is designed in an elegant European style. There are many restaurants and bars. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Tamoka restaurant. It is located right on the beach. There was a fire show on the day of the event. The staff sang and danced to her as congratulations. We really liked the food and drinks. I'd like to make a note at the Libarary bar. This is a place where you can smoke cigars and have great cocktails in very inviting atmosphere. Our family thanks your hotel for keeping the brand.
