A great birthday treat, but should have been better.

The room was very opulent, clean and comfortable. Afternoon tea and breakfast were excellent. The individual birthday cake was lovely. Most of the staff were very attentive, helpful and professional.

No coffee machine in the room, the price quoted is not the price you pay. Hotel charged our card 3 times for one night. One member of staff was rude and unhelpful.

All the staff gave first glass very friendly and helpful service The surroundings were magnificent and the Christmas decorations beautiful We had a superb stay to celebrate my 80th birthday . it was on my special wish list for a long time and very happy with the whole experience Many thanks to all your staff and very best wishes for the festive season

May be a clock in the bedroom ,and some kind of low night light for the bathroom .

Well located hotel and clean, big confortable room

It was imposible to have dinner at our hotel and we have been forced to go outside. There were no taxi available and the structure does not provide private car, unless booked early in advance.

Great service in the restaurant and the room was huge!

Just felt very pretentious and the staff although were very attentive every time we entered the hotel they gave us the third degree.i guess we didnt look posh enough!
