    Good Ambience but lack of service
    Hotel Ambience was awesome.
    Service was not on time. Food Quality was good but to serve roti they have taken 30+ minutes. What's the use of food without roti? Room service wasn't prompt at all. We asked them to clear tea cups & trays but no one came to clean even after reminder.

    Very enjoyable stay
    Spacious room, very clean and comfortable bed. Water in re-usable bottles. The resort is free of carparking (outside, still shielded and with security). The restaurant offers wide variaty of dishes and drinks.

    Friendly team and enjoyable stay
    Food is very good. Service team is co-operative and responsive. They took good care of our needs. Everywhere (rooms & facilities) it is neat & clean. Rooms are comfortable and big in size.
    Roads to and from from Mumbai to Kolad, especially near Kolad are bad in shape.

    The service. Staff confirmed our booking for rafting on arrival but later said we did not confirm. When we asked for water to be sent to our room, they took 2 hours to send it. The electric kettle in the room was not working. There was a lizard in the bathroom. People come here for vacations which they completely ruined for us.

    It's a new property, well planned and well developed. Deluxe rooms are spacious enough for family of 3. We Visited here in Apr with our 8 months baby and had a wonderful time. Excellent food is served in the restaurant on-site. They also served freshly cooked baby food on request. Looking forward to visit again during monsoon with the wider group expecting few waterfalls around the area.
    Restaurant has limited menu and bar is not operational.

    Expensive but comfortable and a good stay!
    We stayed for 2 nights in this Resort. The location of the Resort is great. The entire resort has been operational only for 3 months and hence it's brand new. It's a good destination wedding venue and also suitable for groups.
    The staff still lack the courteousness, warmth, and professionalism that is expected from a good resort/hotel. We had a very difficult time getting in touch with the property after making the booking as the numbers mentioned on the website were not being answered. Also, the restaurant serves good food but it is frightfully expensive. You do not get the option of booking with breakfast included as an option.
