Very poor

Awful Dirty Hotel

The location was good close to shops bars and beach

The hotel is NOT 5* standard in any shape or form...the hallways have ripped carpets, our room was so old and rustic with chipped tables and the worse under the desk were full of dust and dirt. It was clear that this room had not been deep cleaned for many months. The bathroom stank to high heaven and was dirty that my husband had to use wet wipes to clean it up. The room was so so basic and the noise from the courtyard area in-between the 2 buildings kept me up all night. The final straw was seeing the cockriach in the room ...after that we checked out even though we were paid up on a non refundable rate until new years day. I am honestly shocked at the reviews saying how good the hotel was and that is the main reason I'm writing this review to give people a fair idea of the actual quality of the hotel which is very very poor. We were travelling with 2 other couple both of which complained about the cleanliness of the hotel...we all checked out after the first night. Please please think carefully before booking the hotel as its not 5* standard. I would say its more 3* and that's being generous.

The staff are ride, the room is outdated nothing works in that room, they dont have electric plugs in the bathroom its a retarded hotel with terrible staff

Ideal location between Pattaya and Jomtien

Good location with plenty of amenities in the hotel, good bars and restaurants in the area, being a member of the BW group the staff were able to find me in the system, overall a great stay and would stay again in the future.
