The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch has recently been renovated, with beautiful rooms and stunning pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. Despite these issues, guests enjoyed the spacious rooms, access to a smaller pool, and the restaurant. The staff received praise for their excellent customer service. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Very pretty property. Lovely rooms. Good food.

Pool was closed for renovation and area was a bit of a building site. Could have done with the pool in the very hot weather.

The property was very clean and its beautiful at night

Its a little outdated you can see it in the day time early at 6am in the morning there was loud noises from a remodeling going on in the room above it was annoying and we couldn't sleep .

The grounds were beautiful.

Hotel felt old, hair on the ceiling from a previous visit. Only one elevator due to renovations being made.

Very beautiful and clean, personal was very attentive.

The first 2 nights the air conditioning was not working properly and temperatures were 116 degrees.

Resort was good, would stay again.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Couldn't close bathroom door if toilet seat was down. Refrigerator was small and tough to access.

They responded promptly to any problems coming up with my room. Im so happy with my stay.

Maybe some vending machines as I got very thirsty at late night and want to buy some water.

Relaxing, fun and beautiful! Just what our family needed.

Breakfast was delicious and the views were beautiful. The wait staff was excellent and the service was quick! We would love to visit again.

Nothing could have been any better. The pool, our room, the food and service were all excellent! Our family truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
