The location is pretty far from patong beach and its on top of the hill. You need to walk 35mins to the beach if you miss the shuttle bus. If you are staying at 6-8 floors. You need to change 3 times if lift to get to your room and the walk way are rather dodgy and dull. Even the rooms, the wood are dark and lighting are not great. Booked an ocean Panoramic view but its pretty disappointing. We only stay for one night and checked out to another hotel. Sorry to say with the price I get to stay at a much better hotel.

Very good location with exceptional friendly staff
I was there for 3 weeks. The hotel is located very close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The staff was exceptionally friendly. They made me feel welcome and at every time a lovely smile. The pool is just awesome. Ill come back definitely. Can strongly recommend the hotel.

The location is good, walkable distance to Bangla Road. Swimming pool and pool restaurant bar have a great view of Patong
Its tiring to take 2 elevators to get to my room but i guess it makes sense since the hotel is on a hill
