Good for short getaway

The pool and gym. Near to attractions in Melaka

I booked 3 bedrooms apartment, apparently it has different entrance from the main hotel lobby. A bit confusing when want to enter the hotel from outside after stroll at the river. I wasnt allowed to enter at one entrance coz the guard assume that i book the hotel, he asked me to use hotel elevator to go my room..i need to clarify with the reception counter, then later on only realized that the entrance for apartment is at different location.

the room housekeep need to improve, as 4-5star hotel, the room.. Cleanes and facility is totally out of range, I'm the guest become a room. Facility technician to help hotel to fix the broken/faulty item inside the room, such as curtain and bath tap

Wait too long to get available lift, no top-up for tea, coffee and drinking water for 2nd day, tenant have to change rubbish and towel by their self.

The location

They really need to do something about the elevator. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the elevator. And when we finally got in it stopped at every floor.. it took ages to reach the lobby. My father (82yo) fainted in the elevator. Made me really angry with the management.

Very good

The extra sofa bed was excellent for kids to sleep. The pool was good also. My kids enjoy it very much. The location also consider excellent, near to local attraction.

The lift was so slow. Have to wait for quite some time.

Good experiece and overall satisfied with the stay

Life is crowded as always. Pool looks great buy no chance to try out Room is big and great.

Too many rules ,not customer friendly residence, charges higher than booking price

The dining chair and sofa are comfortable

the hot water system Not really working..water is not heated Proporly..swimming pool water is not really clean, not transparent..washroom very small and not well cleaned
