    Great stay and value for money.
    Hosts were really good and was with us irrespective of festival, the Deepavali.
    Hosts could keep few pvc/plastic bath room slippers in each baths which can be used by all guests. Same was communicated to them.

    very spacious property and big rooms with cleanliness.
    location of prateeksha villa is quite awkward , no lift , poor room service and very strict time zones for availability of food .

    Very homely and rich property. Caring hosts. Nice location.
    Liked the property, the service provided by the hosts, the view from the Balcony and terrace. Liked the serne atmosphere and facilities provided for recreation. They have a small Gym, Table tenis and carrom at Ground floor. Suits are excellent and well maintained. bathroom mand toilet are very cleana nd hygenic.
    Food was too simple and the hosts did not understand what we were asking for. They had a limited range of menu and we had very less options. Markets and other eateries are far away and it is difficult to walt to 2/3 kilometers for food.
