Very good

Lovely would return but hope the eve menu gets a change up!

Breakfast was lovely, couldnt fault much at all, but as someone whom loves fish but doesnt eat meat , menu could have been a bit more diverse.

Good stay given the great location

Location great and breakfast good

We booked as a group and on arrival given rooms in separate buildings which became an absolute nightmare asking to be together. On arrival the staff were not that helpful but came around eventually.

Mainly friendly staff, but young member told us we were late for breakfast on New Years Day! Not impressed at 415 fo

Nicely done bedroom and quirky feel, part old mixed with modern feel.

Long windy corridor to our bedroom up and down stairs not easy with heavy luggage etc.

Superb

One night stay

Lovely old hotel, oozing with character. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Very comfortable bed, fresh milk for room and good quality toiletries in the en suite.

Would have liked more lighting over the tea making area as it was a dark part of the room.

The room was okay, but the bed was not level with your head below your feet! - terrible nights sleep. The food was not good and over priced. they can'teven cook an egg that is not overdone and dry! We were charged a surplus for having a dog even though this was not explianed or discussed and infact, at check-in, we were told that we had already settled the room and breakfast bill in full. The staff were nice enough but the food quality/price and aweful sleep are the reason for the bad review.
