Expected more, but it was fine i guess..

- Nice friendly staff - Great location - Great room service, they cleaned the room and sheets and brought fresh towels and shower gel every day - Nice tips from the staff

- The booking had "Parking included" in the title of the reservation but when I got there, the parking wasn't included :( ( so the title was misleading) - The room window lead to the interior staircase which always smelled like kitchen cooking, i couldn't open it to get fresh air (the photo of the booking you could see the window but not the staircase, so it was misleading) - There was sometimes bad smell comming from bathroom drain and i could not open the window to let it out because the kitchen smell would get in..

Wonderful location near to Galata tower, very helpful and cheerful staff. Very convenient for couples.

Super clean, confortable bed, great location and helpful staff. The hotel is almost on Istiklal street, however, it is so quiet.

Perfect location with the friendliest employees!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, service is friendly and helpful and the rooms are beautiful. Well be returning again at the end of our trip to Trkiye and already cant wait! The staff helped us book a private transfer from the airport and a regular taxi back to the airport and provided tons of tips for food and things to see all around Istanbul.

The street is a bit noisy, but nothing crazy. Totally manageable when considering all of the amazing parts of our stay.
