Worth the extra drive to stay at a cleaner, more spacious place

Great space, gave us adjoining rooms, managers were friendly and helpful, covered parking

On the far east side of town, less convenient for spending time in Cincinnati.

Staff was attentive and everything was spotless.

We opted for an upgrade and had a lovely suite on the top floor. We had a wonderful view of the city.

It was a beautiful set up, lovely clean room and clean hall ways, breakfast on the fourth floor was lovely. I brought my fiance with me and we both enjoyed the staffs friendly nature.

Omgggggg this place is so cute!! Hands down the room was exactly what I wanted it was spacious. The bed was comfortable! Breakfast bar was amazing! Staff was so helpful and polite.

More parking ! No pool

We were not happy and very underwhelmed for the cost. It was so expensive and was not worth it.

The property itself was nice but not enough amenities for what we paid. You couldnt even get a cup of coffee you had to make it in your room and the supplies were limited. We went to the front desk twice for sugar and creamer etc. and they were like oh we are out of that. Why wouldnt they get it for us. They were uninterested in helping. And then when they cleaned our rooms they left all the dirty coffee cups and water cups. So when my mom need a cup of coffee we did not have any clean coffee cups. Just terrible. We also had to go back to lobby for supplies. Lastly, we had two rooms and when we got back to our rooms Saturday night the room was smelled with pot smoke. It was so bad we called the front office to come up and they did and confirmed it. This is absolutely unacceptable. We then had to pack our stuff up and move to another room - a lot of unnecessary chaos becomes someone was in there while we were gone smoking weed. And if it wasnt the cleaning people the general manager couldnt give us any other explanation.

We didnt like that there was all this unused space without a real place hang out in the lobby or to sit. There was also no places or restaurants that offered sandwiches, coffee, etc. the small store was not great and the buffets too expensive and too much food. The bar on the forth floor was nice but only all this high end food late might. Expensive and not what we were looking for.

The garage is too hard to park in/ the spaces are too close to the beams and lots of scrapes on the beams where cars get damaged. Also not enough spaces for guests to park
