Hidden Treasure

This hidden gem exceeded my expectations in every way. Compact but beautifully organised and decorated, the tackroom was perfect for the two of us. Every member of staff we spoke to was helpful and friendly, and you really felt that nothing was too much trouble. The bed was comfortable, and the whole cottage was immaculately clean and well equipped. We made good use of the private walled garden and with the tea rooms next door enjoyed the excellent food too with vegan options for my husband. Abi, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would very much like to come again now that we have found this little haven.

After wracking our brains for a negative occasionally the WiFi dropped off but not surprising in view of the rural location.

What a beautiful place to stay for a couple, peace time out places not to far away will Definitely be back in Autumn winter looking forward to putting the fire on in tack room ..

There is nothing not to like if your thinking about it just go stay and you will see its beauty.

An unexpected little gem

Charming little cottage, adjacent to a good quality farm shop in the beautiful Dorset countryside. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice private courtyard with ample outdoor furniture

The cottage was so nice and cosy, we stayed in the winter and was well supplied with logs for the fire, milk and eggs in the fridge and delicious goodies from the farm. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
