    Satisfied with my family's stay- though I was expecting more in a 5-star property. Excellent staff
    hotel is in a great location - surrounded by everything you need in just a couple steps; just a minute to the wonderful pristine beach; room sizes are fair considering that it's in a small island; my family stayed in 1 standard and 1 premier rooms. ACs working well, water heater in the premier room was excellent - separate shower room from toilet in premier room. unli drinking water from refilling stations. Reception & staff super excellent. Rooftop pool is great. No hassles during check-in and check-out. *great - they use e-trikes in the island
    i was expecting more from a 5-star as advertised. Premier room doesn't have a microwave oven, 306 room door lock needs more tightening of screws to smoothly open/close. I need to request for dental kit, shaving kit, additional room slippers, additional towels, additional pillows (only a pillow for each guest was ready :) - considering that it's premier room). Top of closets needs to be dusted - i put my hat on top of the closet and it collected dusts (agiw). At a 5-star hotel i was expecting a buffet breakfast and not ala carte - add to that very minimal choices of food. Rooftop pool doesn't have a kiddie space. (I wasn't able to visit the gym).     Generally, our stay at The Tides was beautiful, thank you.
    We loved the location, and mostly the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.
    For foreigners, it would have been better to have a wider selection of breakfast such as cereals, honey, yoghurt. We expected better tasting coffee, a good coffee machine would be a nice investment. :)

    Just ok.
    The location. Pool is good.
    -The water turned off while I was in the shower. -The phone can call other rooms.There was prank call from other guests in the middle of the night. -The music blaring at night. Rooms are not sound proof. -Doesnt do early checkin. Strictly 2:00pm.Even if you arrive at 1:30pm. -Extra pillows has payment.

    The noise, they got live band that the staff said will end at 9 and the music and all the noise can be heard inside the room. The staffs are rude and inconsistent.

    Family Vacation
    The location is in the center of Boracay. Inside of Dmall area. Accessible in everything. The room is clean and complete. There is a bar at the roof top and also spa.
    If you're travelling with family especially with kids. It's noisy due to the bar is open as early in the afternoon until midnight. We stayed at 2nd level of the building but still you can hear the loud noise.

    It was a great stay
    Location was really the best part of this. I stayed here with my boyfriend but the convenience of having two full sized beds was really nice. I liked the rooms and the water station that's refillable just outside your room.

    It was a decent hotel for the things we wanted to do when we visited the island.
    I liked how close it was to the beach and that it was in the middle of d'mall. I was also happy that they offered activities for guests.
    Unreliable WiFi, even on the ground floor. TV reception was terrible, in the restraunt their TV signal was crystal clear so that really needs to be improved.
