Disappointing
Decent room, not great hotel
Room was spacious and clean. Location was easy to find
Waited almost an hour after check in time for a room, and even then I had to change to a one bed vs a two bed because my room was still not ready. Upon check out, I was already locked out 10 minutes before 12 and I had to keep going to the front desk to have my room unlocked and I forgot something. I traveled with my one year old son and this was incredibly stressful.

Excellent location, friendly staff
The front-desk staff couldn't find the booking I had made through booking.com. The manager was however very helpful and sorted it out. And I was a bit confused about the extra amount I was initially charged beyond the room tariff. But I didn't have to pay anything extra eventually.

Couldn't have been better, really; and loved the Spice Finch
The spacious enclave with comfy chair in #1211 where we could sit and chat with friends. And, most of all, the view of the two skyscrapers across the street, with the changing light show!
Could not check in until 3:30.

Modern style refurbishment. Would have prefer to maintain the old grand fashion. A piece of furniture in the room - chest of drawers - in dire need of replacement.

Was a decent room, not too big, with good location. Shower pressure was very good, but the first water was from the north pole.
The AC was not on when we arrived, it was like 35F outside and maybe 50F inside. The AC also automatically turned off during the night so it was very cold after a while, luckily we were able to turn off this schedule after the first night and it was fine.
