Location is great. Room was very clean

The new system for the elevators is highly insufficient. There are 4 elevators and they only go to certain floors. Wait time to get on the elevator to go from lobby to the room we're very ridiculous. And then waiting to get from room floor back to the lobby for check out was ridiculous. Only one elevator seem to be working and we stopped at every floor on the way down. The new system in place does not work nor does it save time.

Our room was a complete mess after we checked in, we called and told them and they said they would clean it while we were out to dinner, all they did was make the bed they left a bunch of trash still in the room from the previous person who stayed there. Completely unprofessional
